By accessing www.proprio.com.au, app.proprio.com.au, or related services, you agree to these terms. If you are using Proprio on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Service
Proprio provides analytics and operational intelligence for independent clinics. Features and availability are described on the website and in your order or subscription documentation.
Accounts and billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees, renewals, and taxes are shown at checkout or in your order. Enterprise terms may be set out in a separate agreement.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or interfere with other customers' use of Proprio.
Disclaimer
Analytics support operational decisions; they do not replace clinical judgment or professional obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability limits and disclaimers will be set by your counsel.
